Welcome! My name is Gayle and I am a psychopomp and energy healer that specializes in helping people remove energies that are attached to them so they can regain their sovereignty. 

A psychopomp helps a being move from one place or realm to another, helping the being go home. Working this way means that the being does not come back to the client or move to another human and start over again with someone new. 

I work with difficult cases and am often a resource to other energy healers who come across attached energies with their clients. 

Anything that uses your energy to stay with you, influences your choices, or causes problems with your health or physical environment is a violation of sovereignty. To add insult to injury, they often don’t want to be here either. 

I believe that we all have a right to define what we want and need in our environments and ask what doesn’t serve us to leave. 

I work with people who have curses, spirit attachments, ancestral or past life entanglements, old contracts and vows, or other energies enmeshed with them. Through that attachment, the energies use people’s life force and influence their life choices. Many of these energies have been with people or their ancestral lines for many hundreds of years. 

These outside energies can keep people focused on what they are interested in instead of what you want. Untangling the web of energy helps you and them regain personal power. 

I love the complicated cases where things are interconnected. Figuring out the starting point to unravel the issues and meeting all of the energetic players that have a stake in the outcome is fascinating. 

Each person and situation is new and unique. A lot of the spirits that seem dark, scary, or “demonic” are actually in pain themselves and stuck in a situation they cannot get out of without help. 

Treating people and everything that comes in with them with compassion and respect, taking the time to explain the process and get consent from all parties, allows us to help everyone involved. 

The client and the attached energies both regain their sovereignty. 

Helping spirits go from being stuck and causing problems for us back to where they truly belong is a soul purpose that powers most of what I do in my practice as it helps everyone involved. 

Clients who have done therapy and boundary work often find that their old tools work differently, and often better. Spirits and curses can override our boundaries and people need to shift their energy hygiene and boundaries practices after they are gone.

If a client has not done that type of work some tips and techniques will be offered for them to try. Classes are available to learn these skills if people are interested. 

Many of my clients are referred from other energy healers, therapists, and past clients.  If you do not have the time or comfort level with this type of work, you can send clients to me for a session or two and then continue with the larger work. I am happy to send them back to you when my work is complete. 

Having another practitioner take a look at a problem or help with an aspect of a larger treatment plan is incredibly valuable. My original shamanic teacher used to tell people that if it went bump in the night to come see me and then come back to her. That approach works well for me and the people I see. 

While this work is often in layers, each session clears a being or aspect in full. More than one session is needed when there are multiple issue, or layers that need to be resolved before the next piece is ready. 

Many issues can be cleared in a session or three. We can also work together longer term to help clear any blocks you experience while you manifest a big dream, hold a large community space, or grow into a new role. 

I teach students how to compassionately release curses and spirits, how they impact every area of people’s lives, and how to set up energetic boundaries. Meeting and forming relationships with the helping spirits that do this type of work allows people to access more levels of spiritual healing. 

I love taking classes in energy related healing modalities and meeting other people who do this type of work. I incorporate everything I have learned into my own style with the helping spirits and guides that work with me, or have a good idea of where to refer clients who are not a good fit with me and what I do. 

Over the years I have trained in Compassionate Depossession, Curse Unravelling, Space Clearing, Mediumship, Psychopomp, Ancestral healing, Core Shamanism, Reiki, Norse folk magic, intuitive development, and some mystery traditions. I have been privileged to study with Anna Dorian, Betsy Bergstrom, Sandra Ingerman, Daniel Foor, Reese San Agustin, and Johannes Gardback.
