Energy Hygiene
Good energy hygiene is a foundational tool for sensitive people. We all need boundaries to protect us from picking up outside energies but we also need a way of clearing off what got through.
No matter how good your boundaries are you will pick things up occasionally and feel collective energies.
We will go over several tools for clearing energy and filling ourselves up with positive supportive energies.

Body Mapping
Our bodies can tell us a lot about what is happening around us energetically.
For example, constant sneezing or tingling at a certain body part can tell us there are spirts around.
Many people have mapped common energies to their bodies across past lives, completely separate from any gifts like empathy.
Everyone’s mapping is different, and this workshop will help you work with YOURS.
